As a professional performer, Emma has always placed a high value on self-care and holistic therapy. Through her performance training and work she developed an interested in body mechanics which lead her to train as a massage therapist 8 years ago. Emma likes to work with her clients to help them understand more about their own physical traits and how their work and lifestyle affects their physical wellbeing.

Emma is dedicated to delivering personalised treatments that are targeted to your needs and finding the right treatment for your body. After each session, she not only wants you to leave feeling an instant benefit but aims to equip you with a wider understanding of what your body needs and how you can continue to help yourself in between your massage treatments.

Emma offers a wide range of full body massage treatments from sports and deep tissue massage targeting areas of deep tension within specific muscle groups to assisted stretch therapy encouraging deeper flexibility and range of motion. She also works within office environments delivering on-site chair massage. This treatment is designed to quickly relieve built up tension in the upper body caused by desk-based work.

Based in Crystal Palace, Emma is an insured therapist, who trained with the London School of Massage completing her ITEC Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology and Body Massage (Level 3), VTCT (ITEC) Sports Massage (Level 3), Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy and Labour Massage, On-Site Chair Massage, Cupping Therapy and Trigger Point with Stretch Therapy courses which are all accredited by CThA, FHT and IICT.
